The Board of Directors meetings are held on the 4th Wednesday of every month at 6:00pm alternating between Clinton and Shiawassee Counties.

The Policy Committee meets at 6:00pm on the 1st Wednesday of each month alternating between counties (each month will be in the same county as the Board Meeting- May in Owosso, June in St. Johns).

The Finance/Fund Development Committee meets at 5:30pm on the 2nd Wednesday of the month in the St. Johns Office.
